## Which cryptocurrencies does PontProxy accept?

PontProxy accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC). Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout you choose a coin and a network, and the invoice shows the exact amount to send.

- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Tether (USDT) — TRC-20 or ERC-20
- USD Coin (USDC) — ERC-20
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Solana (SOL)
- Litecoin (LTC)

## How payment works

1. **Top up $25 or more** — Choose the amount and the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes.
2. **Send it to the address shown, on the exact network** — The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount.
3. **Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”** — Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how your payment is found and matched to your account automatically. Nothing else to send us.
4. **Credited after the network confirmations** — Your balance is credited once the network has confirmed the transaction. Usual times:
5. **One balance for every product and country** — If you started from a plan, it is bought automatically as soon as the top-up is credited and your proxies are delivered. What is left stays on your balance: use it for any product in any country — residential, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile — paid instantly. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable.

| Crypto | Network | Confirmations | Usual time |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | 2 | ≈ 20 min |
| Tether (USDT) | Tron (TRC-20) | 20 | ≈ 1 min |
| Tether (USDT) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| USD Coin (USDC) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| Solana (SOL) | Solana | 1 | ≈ 1 min |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin | 6 | ≈ 15 min |

Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again.

## How do I buy proxies with crypto?

PontProxy, a no-KYC UK & Europe residential and 4G/5G proxy provider, sells every plan through the same four-step crypto checkout.

1. **Choose a plan** — Pick residential GB, a dedicated 4G/5G port or rotating mobile GB on the pricing page. Note that residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires, so you can start with a small amount.
2. **Choose a coin and a network** — Select the coin, then the network. USDT on TRC-20 goes to a Tron address that starts with T; USDT on ERC-20 goes to an Ethereum address that starts with 0x. A payment sent on the wrong network may not arrive.
3. **Pay the exact amount within the invoice window** — Send the exact amount shown, before the invoice timer runs out. If you pay from an exchange, make sure its withdrawal fee is not taken from the amount we receive.
4. **Get your credentials after confirmation** — When the network confirms the payment, your username and password appear in the client area. Then follow the quickstart guide to connect.

## Which coin should I use for a small payment?

For a small order, pay with USDT on TRC-20, Litecoin or Solana. These networks usually charge low fees, so the network cost stays small next to a $0.95 (paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance — never expires, non-refundable) test order.

On-chain Bitcoin and Ethereum fees change with network demand. The Bitcoin project notes that "fees vary over time with demand for space in the blockchain". These two networks suit larger orders better. Your wallet always shows the network fee before you confirm.

USDT on TRC-20 has one detail to know: Tron charges fees in Energy and Bandwidth. If your account has no staked Energy, the network burns TRX from your balance, so keep a little TRX in the wallet. Exchanges handle this for you when you withdraw.

### Settlement speed and fees by network

| Coin and network | Network speed | Network fee | Good for |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| USDT on TRC-20 (Tron) | A block every 3 seconds | Low; paid in Energy or burned TRX | Small orders priced in dollars |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Target block time 2.5 minutes | Usually low | Small orders |
| Solana (SOL, USDC on Solana) | About 300 ms per slot on mainnet (since August 2026) | Base fee of 5,000 lamports per signature | Small orders, USDC |
| Bitcoin on-chain (BTC) | About 10 minutes per block on average | Varies with demand | Larger orders |
| Ethereum (ETH, USDT and USDC on ERC-20) | 12-second blocks | Varies with demand (gas) | Larger orders |

Speeds are network specifications, not our confirmation rule. Sources are listed at the end of this page.

## How long does a crypto payment take to confirm?

Your proxies go live as soon as the payment confirms on its network. An on-chain payment must first be included in a block. That takes seconds on Tron, Solana and Ethereum. It takes about 2.5 minutes on Litecoin and about 10 minutes on Bitcoin. Bitcoin blocks arrive at random intervals, so one confirmation can come much sooner or much later. If a payment has not confirmed after a long wait, do not send it again. Email support@pontproxy.com with your order ID.

## Can I get a refund if I paid in crypto?

Yes. Our [refund policy](https://pontproxy.com/refunds/) covers crypto payments: unused residential or rotating-mobile traffic credited back to your balance within 7 days of purchase; a dedicated port that does not work as described credited back within 24 hours; balance itself is never refunded.

Crypto payments cannot be reversed on the blockchain, so there are no chargebacks. A refund is a new crypto transaction. We pay it in the coin you used or in USDT. The amount is the USD value of the refundable part, minus the network fee. The [refund policy](https://pontproxy.com/refunds/) explains how the amount is calculated.

## Do I need KYC to pay for proxies with crypto?

No. **No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto.** PontProxy uses account-number login — email optional.

This follows GDPR data minimisation. Article 5(1)(c) says personal data must be "adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary". We do not need a passport to route your traffic, so we do not collect or store ID documents. The UK GDPR contains the same principle.

No KYC does not mean no rules. Every account follows our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://pontproxy.com/acceptable-use/). Blocked targets: online banking, government portals, payment processors and outgoing email (SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587). Abuse reports go to abuse@pontproxy.com. Read more in [no-KYC proxies](https://pontproxy.com/no-kyc-proxies/).

## Crypto payment questions

### Can I buy residential proxies with USDT?

Yes. PontProxy accepts USDT on TRC-20 (Tron) and on ERC-20 (Ethereum) for every residential and 4G/5G plan. Choose the network at checkout and send the exact amount shown on the invoice. USDT on TRC-20 usually costs less in network fees, which suits small orders. There is no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents.

### How do I pay — do I top up a balance?

Yes. You top up your PontProxy balance in crypto (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC), then buy any plan from it. The minimum top-up is $25. Unused balance stays on your account, so a small plan such as 1 GB for $0.95 leaves the rest available for later plans. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents.

### Which coin is cheapest to pay with?

For small orders, USDT on TRC-20, Litecoin and Solana usually have the lowest network fees. On-chain Bitcoin and Ethereum fees rise and fall with network demand. Fees change daily, so check the fee your wallet shows before you confirm. Prices on PontProxy are the same whichever coin you choose.

### How fast do I get my proxies after paying?

Delivery is instant — credentials appear as soon as your top-up confirms and you buy a plan. On-chain payments wait for a block. A block takes about 3 seconds on Tron, under a second on Solana and 12 seconds on Ethereum. Litecoin takes about 2.5 minutes and Bitcoin about 10 minutes. Your username and password then appear in the client area.

### What if I send the wrong amount or the invoice expires?

Each top-up shows a unique amount, down to the last decimals. Send exactly that amount on the network shown, then click "I've sent the payment": the payment is matched to your account automatically. If you sent too little while the top-up is open, send the missing amount on the same network. If it has expired, do not pay again: email support@pontproxy.com with your order ID and the amount received is credited to your balance.

### Do I need an email address or ID to pay?

No. **No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto.** PontProxy uses account-number login — email optional. We follow the GDPR data minimisation principle and collect only what we need to run your account. Use of the proxies is still governed by our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://pontproxy.com/acceptable-use/).

### Can I get a refund on a crypto payment?

Yes, as a credit to your balance: unused residential or rotating-mobile traffic credited back to your balance within 7 days of purchase; a dedicated port that does not work as described credited back within 24 hours; balance itself is never refunded. Crypto payments cannot be reversed and we do not pay balance back out. Send your order ID to support@pontproxy.com. Full rules are on the [refund policy](https://pontproxy.com/refunds/) page.

### Can I pay by card or PayPal?

No. PontProxy accepts crypto only: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC). We hold no card or bank details, which keeps the personal data we store to a minimum. If you do not own crypto yet, buy USDT, Bitcoin or Litecoin on an exchange, then withdraw it to the address on your invoice. Compare plans on the [pricing page](https://pontproxy.com/pricing/) first.
