## 1. Who operates PontProxy, and what do these terms cover?

The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. PontProxy is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA); the team has been in the proxy business since 2019.

The PontProxy service at https://pontproxy.com is operated by ProxyGoat LLC ("we", "us"). These terms form a contract between you and us. They apply each time you create an account, buy a plan or use the service.

Our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://pontproxy.com/acceptable-use/), [Refund Policy](https://pontproxy.com/refunds/) and [Privacy Policy](https://pontproxy.com/privacy/) are part of these terms. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you buy for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

## 2. What does PontProxy sell?

PontProxy sells access to proxy servers in the UK and Europe. There are three products:

- **Residential proxies**, billed per GB, with country, city and ISP/ASN targeting included at no extra cost.
- **Rotating 4G/5G mobile proxies**, billed per GB, with country and carrier targeting.
- **Dedicated 4G/5G ports**, rented by time period. Traffic: unlimited traffic with no daily cap. On UK ports you choose from EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three.

All products support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. Current plans and prices are on our [pricing page](https://pontproxy.com/pricing/).

The IP addresses belong to third-party networks. We do not promise that a given website will accept them, or that a specific IP address will stay available.

## 3. How does my account number work?

Your unique account number is your login, and adding an email address is optional. We create the account number when you open your account.

- **Keep your account number safe.** Anyone who has it can use your account, your traffic and your ports.
- **We cannot recover a lost account number without an email.** If you did not add an email address, we hold no other data that proves the account is yours. Write the account number down, or store it in a password manager.
- **You are responsible for your sub-users** and for all traffic sent with your credentials.

Tell us at once at support@pontproxy.com if you think someone else is using your account.

## 4. Do you ask for identity documents?

No. We do not ask for an ID card, a passport, a selfie, proof of address or any other identity document. This applies when you open an account and when you pay. **No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto.**

This follows the GDPR principle of data minimisation. Article 5(1)(c) of the GDPR and the UK GDPR says personal data must be "adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary". A proxy does not need your identity to work. Not asking for documents does not limit our right to act on abuse under the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://pontproxy.com/acceptable-use/).

## 5. How do I pay, and what if I pay the wrong amount?

Top up once, then buy any product in any country from your balance — residential, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable.

Payment works by balance: you top up in crypto (minimum $25), then buy plans from your balance; unused balance stays on your account.

You pay in crypto only, at prices set in US dollars (USD) on our [pricing page](https://pontproxy.com/pricing/). We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC). We do not accept cards or bank transfers. The rules below cover invoices, wrong amounts and network fees.

Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable.

### Invoices

Each order creates an invoice. It shows the coin, the network, the payment address, the exact coin amount and a countdown. The coin amount is fixed only until the countdown ends. Pay the exact amount, on the network shown, before the invoice expires. After it expires, do not send funds to that address: create a new order instead.

### Underpayment

Each top-up shows a unique amount, down to the last decimals. Send exactly that amount on the network shown, then click "I've sent the payment": the payment is matched to your account automatically.

If you send less than the amount shown, the difference is not credited until it is complete: while the top-up is open, send the missing amount on the same network. If the top-up has expired, write to support@pontproxy.com with your order ID; the amount received is then credited to your balance.

### Overpayment and late payment

If you send more than the amount shown, the excess is credited to your balance. A payment that arrives after the top-up expires is not lost: write to support@pontproxy.com with your order ID and we credit it to your balance once it confirms. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable.

### Network fees and wrong networks

You pay the network fee of your own payment. Refunds are sent minus the network fee of the refund transaction. If you send a coin or a token on a network that the invoice does not list, we may not be able to recover it.

## 6. When is my order delivered?

Delivery is instant — credentials appear as soon as your top-up confirms and you buy a plan. Confirmation time depends on the coin and on network traffic, which we do not control. If your credentials do not appear after your payment confirms, write to support@pontproxy.com with your order ID.

## 7. Does traffic expire, and how long does a dedicated port last?

Per-GB traffic does not expire: residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires. Unused gigabytes stay on your account until you use them, even if you buy nothing else. We do not close accounts for inactivity.

Dedicated 4G/5G ports work differently:

- A port is rented for a fixed period: 1 day, 7 days or 30 days.
- The period starts when the port is delivered. Time runs whether or not you use the port.
- Traffic during the period: unlimited traffic with no daily cap.
- IP changes: a new IP on demand by link or API, or automatically on a timer.
- Ports never renew automatically, because a crypto payment is always sent by you. When the period ends, access stops unless you pay for a new period.

## 8. What may I use the service for?

You may use the service only as our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://pontproxy.com/acceptable-use/) allows. It lists permitted uses, prohibited uses and how we handle abuse. We block online banking, government portals, payment processors and outgoing email (SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587) for every account.

You are responsible for what you do through the service. This includes complying with the law that applies to you and to the websites you reach.

## 9. Can I get a refund?

Yes, in two cases: unused residential or rotating-mobile traffic credited back to your balance within 7 days of purchase; a dedicated port that does not work as described credited back within 24 hours; balance itself is never refunded. The [Refund Policy](https://pontproxy.com/refunds/) explains how to ask for a refund, how we calculate it, and what is not refunded. Refunds are paid in crypto.

## 10. Do you guarantee uptime?

No. We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise a fixed uptime percentage. Residential IP addresses belong to real devices that go online and offline. Mobile ports depend on carrier networks. We post incidents and planned work on our [status page](https://pontproxy.com/status/).

We may change features, locations, carriers or the gateway. If we stop offering a product you have paid for, we refund the unused part of your order.

## 11. When can you suspend or terminate my account?

We can warn you, suspend your account or terminate it when you break the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://pontproxy.com/acceptable-use/). When we terminate an account for abuse, remaining traffic and rental time are forfeited, without a refund.

We may also suspend a port or an account to protect the network, for example during an attack. You may stop using the service at any time. Unused traffic can be refunded only under the [Refund Policy](https://pontproxy.com/refunds/).

## 12. How is your liability limited?

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order that the claim concerns. We provide the service "as is".

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These include lost profits, lost data, lost business, and accounts blocked by third-party websites.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. This includes liability for fraud, and for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

## 13. Can these terms change?

Yes, we may update these terms. We publish every change on this page and change the "updated" date at the top. A change applies to orders placed after we publish it. Orders you have already paid for stay under the terms in force when you paid. If you added an email address, we may also tell you about important changes by email.

## 14. Which law governs these terms?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Please contact us first if something goes wrong. We answer by email: email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.
