Why does PontProxy focus on the UK first, then Europe?
We start with the UK because many UK tasks need a specific British network, not only a UK flag. PontProxy offers dedicated ports on EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three, and residential IPs from BT, Sky, Virgin Media and TalkTalk. UK city targeting covers cities such as London. See all UK residential proxies and UK 4G/5G proxies.
Europe comes next, under the same rules. Residential IPs are available in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland and other European countries.
Focusing on one region lets us know its ISPs, carriers and laws in detail. That includes the GDPR, which shapes how we handle your data.
What principles does PontProxy follow?
Four principles guide how we run PontProxy. Each one is written down and can be checked on this site.
No KYC, with guardrails
No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto. You log in with an account number, and email is optional.
No KYC does not mean no rules. Every account follows our Acceptable Use Policy. We block online banking, government portals, payment processors and outgoing email (SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587). Our abuse desk at [email protected] reviews every report within 24 hours.
GDPR data minimisation
Article 5(1)(c) of the GDPR says personal data must be "adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary". The UK GDPR contains the same principle. We do not need your identity to deliver bandwidth, so we do not collect or store ID documents.
What we keep: account number, order history, payment records and per-day traffic totals; connection metadata (timestamp, target domain, bytes) kept 7 days for abuse handling, then deleted. Details are in our privacy policy.
Sourcing standards
Our UK and European residential and mobile IPs come from established partner networks, which we do not name. Before we resell a network, it must meet a written standard:
- documented end-user consent, with a way to opt out;
- permission to resell;
- compliance with the GDPR and the UK GDPR;
- no proxy SDKs hidden in apps without disclosure;
- no links to the proxy networks targeted by enforcement action in 2026.
The full standard is on How our IPs are sourced.
Honest pricing
We make no price claim without a dated source. Every price comparison on this site names the provider, its public price, a link to its pricing page and the date we checked it.
Targeting is not an add-on: country, city and ISP/ASN targeting included at no extra cost. For dedicated ports, carrier choice included at no surcharge. Current prices are on the pricing page, and market context is in the European proxy price index.
What does PontProxy not do?
PontProxy does not do the following:
- No fake reviews. We do not write, buy or swap reviews, testimonials or star ratings.
- No forum marketing. We do not advertise on hacker, carding or "method" forums.
- No promotion there by others. We do not allow anyone to promote PontProxy on those forums on our behalf.
- No invented numbers. We do not publish pool sizes, success rates or speeds that we have not measured.
- No harmful use cases. We do not market proxies for fraud, carding, account takeover, spam, DDoS or ticket bots.
The Acceptable Use Policy lists every prohibited use.
