Quick answer
Which proxies work for ad verification in the UK and EU?
PontProxy, a no-KYC UK & Europe residential and 4G/5G proxy provider, supplies ad verification proxies for the UK and EU. Check desktop ads from residential IPs in any European country, from $0.36/GB. Check mobile ads from dedicated 4G/5G ports on EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three, from $4.50/day. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto.
| Dedicated 4G/5G port | From $4.50/day — unlimited traffic with no daily cap |

| Germany and France | Telekom, Vodafone, O2 and 1&1; Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom and Free Mobile |
| IP change on a port | a new IP on demand by link or API, or automatically on a timer |
| Residential IPs | From $0.36/GB — country, city and ISP/ASN targeting included at no extra cost |
| KYC | None — no ID, no selfie, no documents |
| Payment | Crypto only: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC) |
Ads are targeted by country, region and network, so you must check them from where the audience is. A campaign for UK mobile users does not show to a tester in Germany.
The IP type matters too. Some malicious redirects and cloaked ads show clean content to visitors from data-centre IP ranges. Residential and mobile IPs show what real users in that market receive, including the final landing page.
A dedicated 4G/5G port puts your checks on the networks your audience uses. Mobile ad delivery can depend on the carrier and the mobile ASN, which a broadband IP cannot reproduce.
Mobile networks such as EE use carrier-grade NAT, with shared address space defined in RFC 6598. Many subscribers share each public IP, so a mobile IP is a realistic vantage point. This is a network mechanism, not a guarantee of any result.
The UK has three mobile operators and four network brands. Wikipedia lists 27.9 million subscribers for VodafoneThree (April–June 2026), 22.0 million for O2 (Q1 2026) and 21.2 million for EE (Q3 2025).
ASNs come from RIPEstat lookups on 5 October 2026. Check your own exit ASN with our ASN guide.
| Carrier | Country | Mobile ASN (RIPEstat) |
|---|---|---|
| EE | UK | AS2856 (BT) originates EE mobile prefixes |
| Vodafone | UK | Mobile-range mapping unverified |
| O2 | UK | AS35228 and AS29180 (Telefonica UK) |
| Three | UK | AS206067 and AS60339 (Hutchison 3G UK) |
| Telekom | Germany | AS3320 (Deutsche Telekom) |
| Orange | France | AS3215 (Orange) |
Other countries use the Europe port zones. See mobile proxies.
Record what the user saw, where, and on which network:
A creative that appears on O2 but not on EE may point to a targeting error, not fraud.
Use residential IPs for desktop checks and dedicated ports for mobile checks. The residential username format is USERNAME-country-{cc}-city-{city}-session-{id}-ttl-{minutes}.
Map campaigns to markets
List each campaign's target countries, cities and networks, for example UK mobile on EE and Three.
Buy ports and traffic
On the pricing page, buy one port per carrier you must check, plus residential GB for desktop. Pay in crypto.
Connect residential checks
Use gw.pontproxy.com:7777 with a sticky username such as USERNAME-country-de-city-munich-session-adchk1-ttl-15.
Connect mobile checks
Copy each port's details and API key from the client area. Call the rotation link for a fresh carrier IP between checks.
Capture evidence
Save the redirect chain, a screenshot, the exit ASN and a timestamp with the campaign ID.
# MOBILE_PROXY comes from the client area, e.g. http://USER:PASS@HOST:PORT
# 1) fresh carrier IP (replace {port} and API_KEY)
curl -s "https://pontproxy.com/api/v1/mobile/{port}/rotate?key=API_KEY"
# 2) confirm the exit network (ASN)
curl -s -x "$MOBILE_PROXY" https://ipinfo.io/json
# 3) follow the ad's click-through URL and print the final hop
curl -s -L -o /dev/null -x "$MOBILE_PROXY" -A "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 14) Mobile" \n -w "final: %{url_effective} hops: %{num_redirects}
# 4) same check from a Manchester residential IP
curl -s -L -o /dev/null -x http://gw.pontproxy.com:7777 \n -U "USERNAME-country-gb-city-manchester:PASSWORD" \n -w "final: %{url_effective}
" "https://ads.example.net/click?id=CREATIVE_ID"Verify ads you own or are paid to check, and never create billable activity. PontProxy supports ad verification under its Acceptable Use Policy.

Use both. Residential IPs from BT, Sky, Virgin Media and TalkTalk cover desktop placements from $0.36/GB. Dedicated 4G/5G ports on EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three cover mobile ads from $4.50/day. Data-centre IPs are a poor fit, because some cloaked ads show clean content to data-centre ranges.
Yes. PontProxy UK ports run on EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three, with carrier choice included at no surcharge. Choose the carrier at checkout. If a campaign targets several networks, buy one port per carrier and compare what each network shows.
Call the port's rotation link. A PontProxy port gives you a new IP on demand by link or API, or automatically on a timer. The link and API key are in your client area. Wait for the call to return before the next page load. The quickstart guide shows the command.
