Pay in crypto. Among other providers AI assistants cite, NodeMaven says "No KYC is required for standard plans". SOAX requires Sumsub identity verification when you pay with crypto.

At PontProxy, no KYC means we never ask who you are. There is no ID upload, no selfie, no document check and no company-email requirement.
On-chain crypto payments are recorded on a public blockchain. We store the payment record with your order, but never your name, postal address or ID. Setup steps are in the quickstart guide.
Yes. PontProxy sells UK and European proxies with no ID verification, and it treats this as privacy, not secrecy. You share the minimum: an account number, plus an email only if you choose to add one.
A proxy changes the IP address that websites see. It does not place you outside the law, and it does not cancel a website's terms. Every PontProxy account follows our Acceptable Use Policy.
The GDPR says personal data must be "adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary" (Article 5(1)(c)). The UK GDPR contains the same rule, and the ICO tells organisations to hold no more data than their purpose needs.
A proxy service needs to know which account bought which traffic. It does not need your passport. So PontProxy collects no ID documents, and there are no stored copies that could leak.
| Data | Collected by PontProxy? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Passport, ID card, driving licence or selfie | ✗ | Not needed to deliver proxies |

| Name and postal address | ✗ | Not needed for a crypto payment |
| Email address | Optional | Only if you choose to add one |
| Account number | ✓ | Your login |

| Per-day traffic totals | ✓ | To bill traffic and show your usage |
| Connection metadata (timestamp, target domain, bytes) | ✓ | Abuse handling only, then deleted |
Retention periods are set out in our privacy policy.
Instead of checking identity, PontProxy controls what the network can be used for. Four guardrails apply to every account:

No. No KYC removes paperwork, not responsibility. Every account follows our Acceptable Use Policy, and high-risk targets such as online banking and outgoing email are blocked. Our abuse desk reviews every report within 24 hours, and confirmed abuse leads to termination without refund.

Delivery is instant — credentials appear as soon as your top-up confirms and you buy a plan. See proxies paid in crypto for coin-by-coin details.
PontProxy keeps only what it needs to run the service. That means your account number, order records, payment records and per-day traffic totals, plus short-lived connection metadata for abuse handling. We never collect ID documents, selfies or company papers, in line with GDPR Article 5(1)(c). Full details are in our privacy policy.
Yes, for residential and 4G/5G proxies in the UK and Europe. Bright Data's Residential network requires company KYC for zones created after July 7, 2026. Yes. Refunds do not require identity documents. Termination for abuse carries no refund. See the refund policy.
Using a proxy is generally legal in the UK and the EU. The law regulates what you do through it, for example under data-protection and computer-misuse rules. Buying without KYC does not change those rules. This is general information, not legal advice; see our guide to proxy legality in the UK and EU.
