Estonia 4G/5G mobile proxies

Which mobile networks can I use in Estonia?

Mobile IPs in Estonia come from SIM cards on Telia, Elisa, Tele2. Estonia has three mobile network operators: Telia, Elisa and Tele2. Telia led with 1.27 million subscribers in Q1 2024 and switched off its 3G network in 2023.

Well-known brands and MVNOs that run on these networks include Diil (Telia), Super (Telia), ZEN (Elisa). A mobile IP from any of them belongs to the address ranges of its host network.

Why do websites trust mobile IPs?

Mobile networks share a small pool of public IPv4 addresses between many subscribers through carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT, RFC 6598). One mobile IP can therefore carry traffic from many real phones at once.

Websites know this, so they rarely block a mobile IP outright. This is a mechanism, not a guarantee: behaviour that breaks a site's rules still gets flagged. Learn how to check an exit IP in our ASN lookup guide.

What are Estonia mobile proxies used for?

Estonian IPs show local prices on Kaup24, Hansapost and Hinnavaatlus and listings on Osta.ee. They also help test Estonian-language content and ads on Estonian news sites.

With a mobile IP in Estonia, teams typically:

• test apps and mobile checkouts as customers on Telia, Elisa see them;
• verify mobile ads and app-install campaigns shown in Estonia;
• track mobile search results on google.ee;
• manage brand and client social media accounts from a stable local IP.

How do I change the IP of a Estonia mobile port?

Each dedicated port has its own rotation link. Call it and the modem reconnects to the carrier, which usually assigns a new IP within seconds:

https://pontproxy.com/api/v1/mobile/{port}/rotate?key=API_KEY

Replace {port} with your port number and API_KEY with your key from the client area. You can also set an automatic rotation timer. Connection details for HTTP and SOCKS5 are in the quickstart guide.

Is it legal to use mobile proxies in Estonia?

Using a proxy is legal in Estonia; what matters is what you do through it. Estonia applies the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act, supervised by the Data Protection Inspectorate; TTJA regulates telecoms.

PontProxy blocks online banking, government portals, payment processors and outgoing email (SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587), and every account follows our Acceptable Use Policy. Mobile ports are not for SMS verification, account farming or ban evasion.
