Vodafone GmbH announces its mobile ranges from AS3209 (VODANET). On 5 October 2026 RIPEstat showed AS3209 originating 109.40.0.0/14, registered to Vodafone GmbH as DE-D2VODAFONE-20220628. The same ASN also carries former Arcor and Kabel Deutschland fixed-line ranges. The ASN alone therefore does not show whether an address is mobile.
Do 1&1 customers use the Vodafone network?
Yes, outside 1&1's own coverage. Vodafone has been 1&1's national roaming partner since 29 August 2024. connect reported that about 10 million 1&1 customers moved from Telefónica's network to Vodafone's in the year before its 2026 test. 1&1's own mobile network launched on 8 December 2023.
