Which cities can I target in Austria?

You can target Austria as a whole or one city at a time. The main locations are Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Villach, Wels, St. Pölten, Dornbirn. Country and city targeting are included in every plan at no extra cost.

To pick a city, add it to your proxy username in lower case, without spaces: country-at selects Austria, then -city- plus the city name narrows the exit IP to that city.

Which ISPs do Austria residential IPs come from?

Residential IPs are addresses that home broadband providers assign to their subscribers. In Austria the main fixed-line ISPs are A1, Magenta Telekom, Drei, LIWEST, Salzburg AG, kabelplus.

A1 is the incumbent fixed operator, and Magenta runs the former UPC cable network. RTR counted about 2.59 million fixed broadband lines at the end of 2025. Over half were cable, fibre or other non-DSL lines.
