Which cities can I target in Türkiye?

You can target Türkiye as a whole or one city at a time. The main locations are Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Konya, Adana, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Mersin. Country and city targeting are included in every plan at no extra cost.

To pick a city, add it to your proxy username in lower case, without spaces: country-tr selects Türkiye, then -city- plus the city name narrows the exit IP to that city.

Which ISPs do Türkiye residential IPs come from?

Residential IPs are addresses that home broadband providers assign to their subscribers. In Türkiye the main fixed-line ISPs are Türk Telekom (TTNet), Turkcell Superonline, Türksat Kablo, TurkNet, Vodafone Net.

Turkey had 21.2 million fixed broadband subscribers in Q1 2026, and 10.30 million were on fibre (BTK). TTNet held 52.79%, ahead of Superonline (15.00%) and Türksat (7.36%).

You can pin an ISP or ASN with ISP targeting, included in every PontProxy plan.

What are Türkiye residential proxies used for?

Turkish IPs show google.com.tr results and lira prices on Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Amazon.com.tr. They also show local app store listings and Turkish-language ads for QA.

Typical legitimate jobs with a Türkiye IP:

  • checking local search results on google.com.tr;
  • monitoring prices and stock on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon.com.tr, n11;
  • verifying that ads and affiliate links display correctly to visitors in Türkiye;
  • testing websites and apps from a real Türkiye connection.

Residential or mobile proxies in Türkiye?

Residential IPs suit most scraping, SERP and price work and are billed per GB. Mobile IPs come from SIM cards on Turkcell, Türk Telekom, Vodafone and suit app testing and mobile ad checks.

Turkey had 85.96 million mobile users, excluding M2M, in Q1 2026. By subscribers, Turkcell held 39.3%, Türk Telekom 31.8% and Vodafone 28.8% (BTK). Commercial 5G started on 1 April 2026.

Using a proxy is legal in Türkiye; what matters is what you do through it. Personal data falls under KVKK (Law No. 6698); Law No. 5651 governs internet content, and Penal Code Article 243 covers unauthorised access.

PontProxy blocks online banking, government portals, payment processors and outgoing email (SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587). Every account is bound by our Acceptable Use Policy. Read more in are proxies legal in the UK and EU?.

How do I connect to a Türkiye residential IP?

  • Keep the same session value to hold one IP for up to the ttl in minutes.

Türkiye residential proxies: FAQ

Do Turkish mobile proxies support 5G?

Turkcell, Türk Telekom and Vodafone started commercial 5G on 1 April 2026, after a spectrum auction held in 2025 (BTK). Most users are still on 4.5G: BTK counted 83.4 million 4.5G users at the end of March 2026. The main mobile ASNs are AS16135 (Turkcell), AS20978 (TT Mobil, Türk Telekom) and AS15897 (Vodafone).

Why can a Turkish IP see different content than a foreign one?

Turkish law allows access to some websites to be blocked, mainly under Law No. 5651 on internet publications. A Turkish IP therefore shows what local users see, including block pages. Prices on Turkish sites appear in lira, and some services show Turkey-specific catalogues. Teams use Turkish IPs to check that their own sites and apps load correctly for local users.

How much do Türkiye residential proxies cost?

Türkiye residential proxies cost from $0.36/GB at PontProxy. The 1 GB plan costs $0.95 (paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance — never expires, non-refundable) and 10 GB costs $5.90. The price is the same in every European country and includes city and ISP targeting. Unused traffic never expires, so you only pay for what you use.

Do I need to verify my identity to buy Türkiye proxies?

No. PontProxy asks for no ID, no selfie and no documents. You sign in with an account number and an email is optional. This follows the GDPR principle of data minimisation: we only keep what we need to run the service. Use is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use to pay?

You can pay in Bitcoin, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), USDC, Ethereum, Litecoin or Solana. USDT on TRC-20, Solana and Litecoin keep network fees low for small plans. Credentials appear in your client area as soon as the payment confirms.

Can I keep the same Türkiye IP for a whole session?

Yes. Add a session ID to your username and the gateway keeps the same Türkiye exit IP up to 60 minutes. Without a session ID you get a new IP on every request, which suits large crawls. Both modes work over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5.
